ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
To ensure your order is delivered to you as expeditiously as possible, most orders are processed and ship within 1-3 business days.
We are pleased to offer complimentary domestic shipping on all orders.
International shipping is available upon request.
INSURANCE & PACKAGING
Each piece is carefully packaged and fully insured prior to shipping.
In the rare instance that an item is damaged in transit, please use the guest services contact form below within 24 hours of recieving your order, and provide your name, order description, and the following:
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the box(es) and the packing materials
- Photo of the shipping label on the box
In certain instances, especially for higher-value shipments, you may recieve a claim form that must be filled out and returned before a replacement or refund can be processed.
If one is available, the replacement will be sent as soon as possible. Otherwise, we will process a refund for the damaged item(s).
Your patience is appreciated as we work to assist in this process.
RETURNS
Eligible items purchased from Martingale East may be returned within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please use our guest services contact form below.
A return shipping label will be emailed to you, and shipping chgarges will be deducted from the amount of the refund provided.
Returned items must be received to Martingale East within 14 days of the return authorization using the provided prepaid shipping label for a refund to be processed.
Packages sent without return authorization or a Martingale East provided shipping label will not be processed. Any packages received with postage due will be returned to sender.
Guests are responsible for retaining the original shipment packaging (box and packing materials). Martingale East reserves the right to refuse to process the return if the original shipping packaging is not used for the return.
Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws.
Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less applicable shipping fees. Please allow up to 14 days for processing after items are received. Refund timing may also depend on the policies of your financial institution and method of payment.
Items marked as FINAL SALE are ineligible for return or refund.

Once an order has been placed, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations.
