A fabulous set of three vintage Fitz & Floyd “Tally Ho” plates featuring classic English fox hunt scenes with scarlet-coated riders on horseback accompanied by hounds across the countryside. Each plate is finished with a deep hunt green border, fine red detailing, and a delicate gilt rim.
The set includes two plates with the dapple-grey horse scene and one with the chestnut horse scene, making the grouping especially good displayed together. Fitz & Floyd’s now-discontinued Tally Ho collection dates to the 1980s and was designed around traditional fox hunting and equestrian imagery. Replacements identifies the pattern as introduced in 1986, while surviving examples are marked Fitz & Floyd Fine Porcelain.
CONDITION
Excellent vintage condition. These are exceptionally well preserved with no chips, cracks, or noticeable condition issues.

STYLING SUGGESTIONS
These are pure English-country-meets-equestrian-club. Display all three together on a paneled wall, above a bar, or tucked into a collection of sporting art and antique brass. The saturated hunt green and scarlet jackets give them just enough color without feeling overly themed.
