A fabulous vintage sporting lamp featuring a richly decorated hand-painted porcelain body with a traditional English fox hunt scene. A huntsman in scarlet is captured on horseback alongside the hounds, surrounded by elaborate gilt scrollwork, jewel-toned pink borders, and delicate floral details. The porcelain body rests on a dark turned wood base, giving the piece just the right amount of old-world weight and contrast.
