A wonderfully characterful vintage ceramic fox by Ceramichrome, dated 1982. The hand-painted figure depicts a seated red fox beneath a stylized woodland tree, complete with leafy branches and small fruit at his feet. Rich russet, cream, brown, and mossy green tones give the piece the slightly rustic, collected quality we love in vintage sporting and country-house accessories. With its expressive face and beautifully imperfect hand-painted finish, it has plenty of personality without feeling overly precious.

STYLING SUGGESTIONS
A natural addition to an English-country library, sporting collection, tack room, or layered bookshelf. Style him among aged leather-bound books, antique brass, hunting prints, silver trophies, or darker woods for a collected equestrian-country look. He would also be especially charming incorporated into a fox hunting vignette alongside vintage hunt memorabilia.
