Vintage Original Equestrian Oil Painting of an Oldenburg Horse, Signed & Framed

Original oil on canvas depicting a gray Oldenburg horse, signed by artist Harry Zomeren and dated 1985. The horse is rendered in soft grey and white tones against a neutral background, with particularly lovely attention to the eye, expression and braided mane. “Oldenburg” is inscribed beneath the portrait. Presented in a muted green and antiqued gilt frame that complements the painting beautifully.

STYLING SUGGESTIONS
A wonderful focal point for an equestrian library, study, entry or tack room. We especially love it against dark wood paneling, olive, tobacco or navy walls, styled beneath an antique brass picture light and surrounded by sporting books, silver trophies and collected equestrian pieces.
